A better workplace isn't just good practice. It's good business.

New responsibilities. Real workplace challenges. Practical ways forward.

UK employers now have a stronger duty to prevent sexual harassment at work. For engineering and contracting businesses, that raises important questions about clients, subcontractors, site environments and everyday workplace behaviour.

The Possible Path helps you approach those conversations with clarity, confidence and practical action.

A few spots open in December and January — bookings open for February and March 2027

You've got policies. But are they working in practice?

The challenges aren't always obvious. And for businesses operating across offices, client sites and subcontractor relationships, they can be particularly complex.

01

The legal responsibility

Are we taking all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, and can we demonstrate what we've done?

02

Clients & subcontractors

What happens when inappropriate behaviour involves a client, supplier, contractor or someone outside our direct team?

03

On-site culture

Where does workplace banter cross the line? What about site visits, conferences, travel and work-related social events?

04

Policies vs reality

Our policies are in place. But do employees understand them, trust the reporting process and know how to respond?

05

People & reputation

Could your workplace culture be holding your business back, affecting how your company is perceived and preventing you from attracting the talented people you need to grow?

Let's make the difficult conversations easier to have.

The Possible Path delivers engaging, practical workplace training designed to help teams understand expectations, recognise risks and respond more confidently to real-world situations.

No finger-pointing. No endless PowerPoint presentations. Just thoughtful, interactive learning that takes serious issues seriously and helps companies progress and people move forward together.

I'm Kayla Raley, founder of The Possible Path.

I believe that better workplaces start with better conversations.

My approach is warm, direct and practical. I believe difficult subjects can be explored without making people defensive, and that meaningful change happens when people feel able to engage, question and take action.

Through training, workshops and coaching, I help organisations and individuals recognise what's possible and take practical steps towards it.
